We can help you and your family in the following areas:
Autism services provide support to children, youth, and their caregivers. We have a range of programs to assist you, from help during a new diagnosis to ongoing support.
We help children and youth who may be struggling with mental health concerns. There are many different services within Child and Youth Mental Health that can be tailored to your needs.
Our services support infant, child, and maternal health, and help identify support needs early in life. We can also help with specialized services for children with a developmental disability.
We have a variety of programs designed to meet the needs of youth and adults in conflict with the law. We also offer specialized justice services to help with a mental health issue, developmental disability, or both.
Navigation supports help you find and connect with the right service at Hands, or to another specialized service in the community. Our services are here to help guide you to meet your individual needs.
