Every week youth will learn about the essential parts of living a healthy balanced lifestyle. Areas of focus will be diet, physical activities, sleep and coping with stress, hygiene, and body image. Youth will be shown ways to make healthy choices based on their own individual preferences. Every session will end with a different type of physical workout activity to allow youth to experience a variety of ways to keep physically active.
