During the holidays, Hands’ offices will be closed on the following dates:

Walk-In Counselling Clinics
Hands’ Walk-In Counselling Clinics gives children, youth and families the opportunity to meet with a Child and Family Therapist for a free therapy session, to address a mental health concern.
Hands’ weekly Walk-In Counselling Clinics continue throughout the holiday season, with a modified schedule:

Crisis Supports
The Mental Health Crisis Line is available 24/7 throughout the holiday season, including Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. The confidential Mental Health Crisis Line for children and youth, their families, caregivers and service providers, can be reached at 1.844.287.9072.
Hands’ Crisis Services are available daily until 9:00 pm throughout the holidays, with the exception of Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. Crisis Services offer immediate, time-limited supports for children and youth who are experiencing a mental health crisis.

Autism Virtual Consultations
