Position Summary
The Manager of Clinical Services, Lotus Youth Centre is responsible for day-to-day service operations, including managing staff, program delivery, and client and community partner relationships. The Manager is an active contributing member of the Agency’s Leadership Team (ALT) and leads in alignment with Agency’s Mission, Vision, Values and Leadership Model.

Hourly Rate/Salary
Minimum $43.98 to maximum $53.51 per hour; salary commensurate with education and experience

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Health Sciences; registered as a regulated health professional in the Province of Ontario and able to perform the act of psychotherapy
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience of increasing responsibility including direct clinical and client service experience in a relevant field
- Management experience in a clinical setting preferred
- Extensive knowledge of relevant evidence-based clinical practices
- Knowledgeable and experience in anti-oppressive practices related to Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion
- Experience in program development and program evaluation
- Base level knowledge and understanding of clinical risk analysis and mitigation practices.
- Experience working with community partners and agencies to provide quality integrated services for clients
- Experience in human resources management practices, including team development, training, coaching and mentoring staff
- Experience with LEADS Framework, change management, performance management, project management, risk management, continuous quality improvement practices, data management and analysis
- Knowledge of regulatory expectations and relevant legislation
- Knowledge and experience in holding Agency wide and provincial perspectives with strategic decision making
- History of working productively and collaboratively with stakeholders
- Must have excellent communication skills including excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, interpersonal skills, and be proficient in making presentations and professional business writing
- Advanced software skills using the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook); experience using Client and Human Resources Information Systems an asset
- Highly adaptive, resilient, and responsive to changing circumstances
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety, with a willingness to contribute and lead in the culture of safety and prevention of adverse health events for clients and their families/caregivers, colleagues, other community members and yourself
- Demonstrates professionalism in dealing with highly confidential information and situations
- Successful applicants will be required to provide:
- Proof of eligibility to work in Canada
- A valid class G Ontario driver’s licence and use of a reliable motor vehicle; insurability on Agency vehicle insurance policy
- Clear Criminal Record Check, including Vulnerable Sector Search
- Preference will be given to bilingual (French/English) candidates
