Position Summary

Working under the direct supervision of the Director of Corporate Services, the Manager of Strategy and Continuous Improvement (SCI) provides leadership, supervision, mentorship, training, and direction to the strategy and continuous improvement team.  The SCI Manager handles stakeholder requests, sets priorities for the team, and ensures quality of work.  The SCI Manager provides leadership, expertise, and project management skills to advance a collaborative culture of continuous quality improvement, evidence-informed planning, risk management, innovation, performance management, evaluation, excellence, data management, and strategic plan implementation/monitoring within the agency.  The SCI Manager is also responsible for ensuring the agency continues to achieve accreditation standards.

Hours of Work

Permanent full-time (35 hours per week)


Hourly Rate/Salary

Minimum $35.09 to maximum $44.00 per hour; salary commensurate with education and experience
