Position Summary
The Project Manager leads and oversees key initiatives, driving successful project outcomes through strategic project planning and execution. Using evidence based, best practices, they develop and implement project management strategies, address potential areas of resistance and enable the integration change management principles. The Project Manager actively engages project team members and stakeholders, manages risks, allocates resources, and ensures project deliverables meet quality standards.

Hourly Rate/Salary
Minimum $35.38 to maximum $43.04 per hour; salary commensurate with education and experience

Qualifications
- Four (4) year bachelor’s degree in business, health care administration or related field of study.
- Project Management (PMP) and/or Professional Science (PROSCI) certification preferred; Project Management and/or Change Management Certification an asset.
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience managing complex projects, preferably in the healthcare/ social services sector.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience with data analysis and using relevant software tools, such as Microsoft Project, Visio, and Mural, to prepare project plans, presentations and communications.
- Advanced software skills using the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience presenting to a variety of audiences.
- Excellent organizational and presentation skills with the ability to multitask to meet timelines.
- Highly adaptive, resilient, and responsive to changing circumstances.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety, with a willingness to contribute and lead in the culture of safety and prevention of adverse health events for clients and their families/caregivers, colleagues, other community members and yourself
- Demonstrates professionalism in dealing with highly confidential information and situations
- Successful applicants will be required to provide:

- A valid Ontario driver’s license and use of a reliable motor vehicle; insurability on Agency vehicle insurance policy
