What is One Stop Talk/Parlons maintenant?

One Stop Talk/Parlons maintenant (OST/PM) offers free virtual counselling services and seamless entry into child and youth mental health services across Ontario. The program serves as a single access point to mental health services for children and youth ages 0-17, connecting them with registered and experienced therapists across the province. Our agency’s therapists and an integrated network of province-wide infant, child, and youth mental health agencies support this program.

To connect with a therapist, visit onestoptalk.ca or call 1 855 416 8255.

What if I need ongoing support?

Counselling Services are longer-term supports than what is offered by our Counselling Clinics. Counselling Services can be individual or group-based sessions.

These services are tailored to meet the needs of each child, youth, and family. Right away, we will have a conversation with you about your needs and goals, while respecting culture, family, language, and community. This will help us decide on the setting, frequency, and goals of service.

We can help with mental health challenges, including:

  • Anxiety
  • Attachment
  • Attention difficulties
  • Eating disorders, in partnership with North Bay Regional Health Centre
  • Emotional dysregulation
  • Depression
  • Divorce and separation
  • Grief
  • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
  • Self-harm
  • School refusal
  • Trauma

Hands Counselling Clinics are your first point of access to our longer-term Counselling Services. Contact us to book an appointment or get more information.
