Support Services and Funding Options for Youth Transitioning to Adulthood – Bracebridge

This carousel-style event, in partnership with community service providers, will feature support and funding options that may be helpful to youth approaching 18 years of age. Registration is required.

Who can benefit?
Families of youth with Autism (13 to 18 years of age) who are preparing to transition to adulthood.

Who will be there?
Agilec Employment Service, Autism Ontario, Canadian Mental Health Association, Developmental Services Ontario (DSO), Hands, Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP), Passport and Royal Bank of Canada (RBC).

Refreshments will be served.
