This foundational group learning will introduce you to the principles of mindfulness, grounding, and self care and give you the opportunity to practice coping strategies with a group of peers. Participants will learn how to recognize uncertainty and build resiliency. This group will also prepare you to join our Wellness Drop-In Group for ongoing practice of your strategies and staying connected with peers.

This group meets weekly for 5 sessions. Participation in all sessions is important to achieve the learning goals.
