Hands TheFamilyHelpNetwork.ca is here to help our clients, families and communities.

We continue to provide services and our offices are open with more safety measures in place to help keep everyone safe.

We know how stressful the pandemic has been. The recent Ontario government announcement is hard for many people, and the move to remote learning will be tough for some children, youth and families.

Virtual and In-Person Services

Hands continues to offer programs and services with a focus on virtual service. In-person services are available where needed.

Our sites have added more protections like greater ventilation and personal protective equipment. All employees working in-person have access to Rapid Antigen Detection Tests (RADT) as needed.

Children and Youth Mental Health Services

Our Child and Youth Mental Health online counselling clinics (formerly walk-in clinics) are available Tuesdays and Thursdays, 11 AM to 7 PM. You can book an appointment by calling 1-800-668-8555. Once registered, you will be connected with a Child and Family Therapist online or in-person if needed.

Crisis Services are available 24/7 (twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week) at 1-844-287-9072.

Families may wish to view our COVID-19 resources for links and tip sheets that may be helpful.

Please call us if you have any questions about service or about our safety measures.

This is a very difficult time for many Ontarians, and we are here to help. Let’s work together to make tomorrow a better day for everyone.
