A healthy sleep routine is an important part of your overall wellbeing.  This group will help you learn about the importance of good sleep habits, how to overcome challenges in your sleep routine, and how to make a plan to improve the quality of your sleep.

Learning goals:

  • To understand the benefits of good sleep hygiene
  • To identify what gets in the way of a good night’s sleep
  • To make a plan for good sleep habits


This group meets weekly for 2 sessions. Participation in all sessions is important to achieve the learning goals.

Duration: 1.5 hours
